Stop by year’s Fall Festival at Annunciation Catholic Church in Altamonte Springs on the weekend of November 8-10, 2019. The Fall Festival feature has live entertainment, rides and games, festival food favorites, crafts, live and silent auction and raffle! There is free Admission to this festival. Rain or shine this event goes on.
It is a short drive from Downtown Orlando to Annunciation Catholic Church in Altamonte Springs. Check your GPS for the best route there. Parking is very limited on the church property. There is some parking in the LA Fitness Shopping Center parking lot. For overflow parking, follow the signs to the Business Park located off of Wekiva Springs Road. Please tip the bus driver to and from event.
Here are just some of the highlights for this year’s fall festival. They have carnival style a variety of rides and games. Here are just some of the games, which are ring toss, basketball hoop game, darts, Bingo, and much more. Tickets will vary for each game.
The festival store is stocked with variety of items for sale. Also, there is a holiday craft sale. Stocked with stockings, Christmas ornaments, gingerbread houses, fashion jewelry, cut glass, novelties, collectibles, and much more. Prices will depend on each item.
Check out some great entertainment live on the outside main stage. A list of performers has not been posted on the event website. Check back at a later date.
At this festival one will not go away hungry. There is a large selection of food and beverages to choose from. Here is a sampling of the food and drink vendors which are Carraba’s Italian Restaurant, name brand beer, grilled corn, assorted desserts, fresh pizza, snow cones, funnel cakes, popcorn, chicken wings, Philly Cheesesteak, soda, BBQ and foreign food booths too. Prices on food and beverages will vary from $2-$15 per item. Cash is preferred for payment.
Volunteers are still needed to help operate this festival. They need people to man booths, set-up, clean-up, operate rides and games, supply runners, and much more. If you’re interested please visit https://annunciationorlando.org/vfallfestival/
Here is a brief history about Annunciation Catholic Church. This church started in c1979 and was called Satellite Parish. Over the years this church has expanded to what it is today. They offer many resources to their parishioners and to the community.
