For soccer games hosted at Exploria Stadium (formerly Orlando City Stadium) in Downtown Orlando, there are a variety of parking options. Most fans will be parking at the City of Orlando Orange Lot located on West Pine Street and Division Avenue. Parking cost per vehicle is between $10-$20. Another place to park is at a private lot on West Central Boulevard and Terry Street. Same price range to park. For more City of Orlando parking options please visit www.orlando.gov/Parking-Transportation/Parking/Parking-Garages-and-Lots
There is a security checkpoint to enter Exploria Stadium. All attendees are searched and go through metal detectors. Plus, all bags are searched too. There is a mandatory small clear only. Medium to large bags will have to be brought to your vehicle and or place your staying. Sorry, no stadium outside lockers. See Orlando City Stadium website for more details.
The sights and sounds of the 2020 Florida Cup will keep you hanging off your box seat. Expect these international teams to come ready to battle it out on the soccer field. This is not the same style of play that the Major League Soccer (MLS). The players are much tougher and fans more rough and tuff action. Plus, it is faster style of play.
I encourage all Central Floridians to come out and watch a game. For more information on this coming year’s tournament please visit www.floridacup.com .
