You may have received in your mailbox the United States Postal Service (USPS) the holiday reminder mailer. They wanted to inform customers about shipping with the postal service. These days many consumers have plenty of option for shipping from UPS, Fedex, DHL, and much more.
The inside of the mailer states, [We’re helping spread holiday joy all across the country. Get started today with our holiday shipping tools. Add a personal touch to your greetings with festive stamps.]
Need Stamps? Don’t forget the stamps. The UPS suggests stocking up on stamps to send season’s greetings. “The perfect holiday card deserves the perfect stamp. Add cheer with out collection of seasonal stamps, from festive scenes to a classic Santa. Buy them at your local Post Office or online at usps.com/workshop.” Sending ecards are not personable, but many people send them. Over the years, there has been a decline in holiday cards being sent and received to everyone. Don’t me the same person sending holiday ecards. Show someone you care be sending a mailed holiday card.
Free Boxes! Free Boxes! Yes, everyone loves free boxes. The other postal couriers don’t offer this type product to consumers. “Make the season merry, bright and easy. Package Tracking. Sure, you won’t have time to personally track all of your packages, but the USPS can. “Stay up to date with informed delivery notifications. What is Click-N-Ship? This process can be done from your home or office computer. Just pay, print, and ship with Click-N-Ship. “Save time with Click-N-Ship – our online tool that lets you pay for postage, print a label and even schedule a free package Pickup, all from home.”
Finally, mark your calendar with important key shipping dates for December 2018. Here are the dates as follows:
- December 20, 2019, is the last day to ship First-class Mail Service to arrive before Christmas
- December 21, 2019, is the last day to ship with Priority Service to arrive before Christmas
- December 23, 2019, is the last day to ship with Priority Mail Express Service to arrive before Christmas
