If you are a cheese lover than you will not want to pass up this article. There are many cheese brands in the market. I found Lakeview Cheese brand at Dollar Tree in Central Florida for just one $1. This brand tends to sell out fast.

Look for this product near the back of the store in a cold food section. There are many other flavors besides Cheddar. I have seen Pepper Jack, Herbs, and many others. The most popular flavor is Cheddar and Pepper Jack. The brick of cheese measure approximately 3 inches by 5.5 inches and 0.50 inch tall. Plus, the net weight is 5.0 ounces (142g). When you bit into this cheese and taste it, I’m sure you’ll want more of it. One knows it is cheddar when it has an orange-yellow color. To me, it taste very cheesy. No fake cheese here. It is recommended to cut up your brick of cheese in cheese sticks and place them into a plastic container for easy storage in the refrigerator.

  1. Please list ingredients in detail. The enzyme in your cheese is microbial or animal based? Enzymes are either animal based or microbial. I have Monterey Jack cheese and ingredients listed is “enzyme” but the source of the cheese is not listed. Please advise
