It is that time again for anything spooky, bloody, scary, and everything else in between for the annual Spring Spooky Empire in Orlando held on May 22-24, 2020, at the Wyndham Orlando Resort. Get cosplay costume ready to wear to this event and have some fun. This is a family friendly event. This event might not be suitable for some children. Note there maybe event changes because of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Get your tickets now either online or at the door. It is recommended to purchase your tickets online and save some money. Here is the breakdown of ticket prices purchased online.
Admission to this show will vary. Here are the general admission tickets as follows:
- Weekend Pass – All 3 Day – $75/ At the door $80, (plus $2.75 service fee)
- Friday – One Day Pass – $40/ At the door $45, (plus $2.75 service fee)
- Saturday – One Day Pass – $45/ At the door $55, (plus $2.75 service fee)
- Sunday – One Day Pass – $40/ At the door $45, (plus $2.75 service fee)

It is a quick drive from Downtown Orlando to Wyndham Orlando Resort in South Orlando off of International Drive. The address is 8001 International Drive, Orlando, Florida 32819. There is plenty of free parking available for this event behind the hotel in the large parking lot. There are a limited number of handicap parking spaces near the Convention Center area on the hotel property.
When arriving for this event, there is a security checkpoint to enter this venue. Please be advised certain items are not allowed at this venue. Please check spookyempire.com for more information.
Here is an event overview. There is much to expect at the Spring Spooky Empire convention. Plan to spend 3-6 hours in one day walking around browsing the various vendors, media guests meet and greet, media guest Q & A panels, exhibits, tattoos, film festival, costume contest, clown crossing, and much more.
See some of the hottest media celebrities at Spooky Empire – Orlando event. Here is a list of media guests so far which are Denis O’Hare, Jeffrey Combs, Bruce Abbott, Barbara Crampton, Richard Band, Jen & Sylvia Soska, Danny Lloyd, Roger Dale Floyd, Sadie & KK Heim. More media guests to be added in the future.
All Guests will be in attendance, signing autographs, all 3 days, unless otherwise noted on event website. Guest appearances, events, and times are subject to change or cancellation. You will be able to find celebrity panels and photo ops over at our schedule of events website page.
Don’t forget to check out the convention show floor with various vendors and artisans. One will find Halloween accessories and costumes, spooky toys, books, horror movies, comic books, original and reproduction artwork, jewelry, and much more. These vendors are very friendly. Most items for sale are marked with price tags. Prices will vary depending on the item. Most vendors take credit cards, but it is recommended to pay in cash.
If your looking for tattoos then this is the place to be. There will be a bunch of well-known tattoo companies’ set-up shop to create a tattoo for you. Note this is a state regulated industry in the State of Florida. All safety and sanitation must be followed for all tattoo artists. Prices will vary depending on the size and time of the tattoo artwork be created. It is not recommended to be drunk when having a tattoo done because an individual’s blood will be thin for a tattoo procedure being done.
The Q & A Panels are a great way for fans to listen and ask questions about a celebrity life experience and much more. This is activity is included with the cost of admission. Check the Q & A Panels schedule for list of times and days. Some panels may change without notice. These Q & A Panels make for a great photo opportunity to get a photo of your favorite celebrities.
