Here we go again. Not another insurance company sending massive amount of spam emails sent to your personal email account. I have been tracking many insurance companies with their email marketing. At this time, I am not a customer or policyholder with Liberty. However, I dealt with them last year for a work related claims. Is Liberty email advertisements effective on targeting certain consumers?

Here is the break down of emails that I have received on:

  • June 27, 2020 (2)
  • June 28, 2020
  • June 29, 2020 (2)
  • June 30, 2020
  • July 5, 2020
    • July 10, 2020
  • July 12, 2020 (3)
  • July 15, 2020
  • July 16, 2020

Upon reviewing these emails, they have the same feel as Geico Insurance Company advertisements. These emails that were sent to me were from senders name listed as Liberty Mutual Insurance Auto Insurance, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Liberty Mutual Insurance Savings, Liberty Mutual, Liberty Mutual Insurance BBB Accredited.

During this time, from June 27, 2020 to July 16, 2020, I received a total of 13 email advertisements from Liberty Mutual. These emails were not sent directly by Liberty Mutual, but from various third party marketing companies. Plus, they sent double and triply email ads on some days too. I was not surprised.

Here are the different sender email addresses that were sent to my email address account from: ague@toddleaugend.com, limitless@limitlessspecials.com, argin@arginian.com, elipsedisk@wickwe.com, tells@racheltells.com , chillpole@floatpole.com, ether@etherchime.com, dragon@dragonsspeedway.com , sidewalk@sidewalkbulk.com , affinity@email-libertymutual.com , and media@testimonialmedia.com . Most of these websites do not assist and will come up as “404 Not Found.” If you had a question you would not be able to reach out to these email addresses.

Some of the email subject lines are “We hear you like savings…,” “Joy, overpaying for your insurance,” “How many discounts do you qualify for, (Name)?,” “With customized coverage, you only pay for what you need,” “Save money with customized coverage,” “Quote to see how many discounts you qualify for…,” and “Psssttt…we hear you like savings.”

Finally, I am not a fan of email advertisements. They do not entice me to buy their product and or service. For some people, they enjoy getting these email marketing campaigns. Always buy insurance directly from a company and never from a third party emarketing company.
