World’s largest Christian film festival celebrates 10th year in Orlando
ICFF takes place May 4-7 at Wyndham Orlando Resort I-Drive
ORLANDO, Fla. (April 6, 2022) – While most people think of Orlando as the largest theme park destination, this May, it’s getting a new title: host to the largest Christian film and music festival in the world.
The International Christian Film and Music Festival will celebrate its milestone 10th year from May 4 to 7, 2022, at the Wyndham Orlando Resort International Drive. The festival features more than 150 films, topline speakers, music, networking and a red carpet event followed by an Oscars-style awards ceremony.
The organization aims to put God first in all it does, as well as to raise awareness for Christian filmmakers and artists worldwide.
“Our goal is to shine a spotlight on some excellent Christian and family films that might not always get the attention they deserve and give these artists a platform to share a message that matters,” said Marty Jean-Louis, Executive Director for ICFF. “We are truly blessed to have world-class filmmakers, musicians and speakers in our lineup, and we know our 10th year will be the best yet.”
Anyone can submit their faith- or family-based film, documentary or music to the ICFF. A panel of judges then selects winners of more than 70 awards, which are given out during the award ceremony.
Over the course of the event, the festival also includes a full lineup of film screenings, including short films, student films and TV shows; as well as seminars ranging from legal topics to the future of the industry. This year’s event will also feature a concert by Classic Petra Resurrection.
Tickets range in price and are available to individual events or for full access. The ICFF anticipates thousands of attendees, with guests from all over the world to celebrate the 10th year of the event. In the past, special guests have included Louis Gossett Jr., Kirk Cameron, Alex Kendrick, Roma Downey, Cindy Bond, David A. R. White, Kevin Sorbo, and Stephen Baldwin.
