The holiday season is approaching. Now is the time to buy some toys or register for this special program. Every child needs some love and attention for this up in coming holiday season. No child should be left out. This toy give-away is one of a few in Central Florida.
The Baby DJ Toy Give-A-Way would not be possible without Radio DJ Johnny Magic who started this foundation back in 1993. Still, this organization is growing. Johnny has had the opportunity to spend a great deal of time working throughout the community and witnessed firsthand the struggle that many families experienced in providing their children with necessities, especially during the holiday season.
If you are in need of toys this years please register on the Baby DJ website. Registration starts on Monday, November 26, 2018, at 7am. All registrations are process and you will receive a confirmation and be notified on where to pick up the toys. This program is for needy families only. To register online please visit www.babydj.org/submission-form/ . Note: once the registration is closed one will have wait till next year.
For those who are more fortunate please donate any new unwrap toys that you can. They are looking for all ages from 1-18 years of age. Don’t let one child not have a deserving holiday. There are various drop-off locations around Central Florida. The main location to drop off toys is at their warehouse at 2500 Maitland Center Parkway Maitland, FL 32751 on the 3rd floor (Suite 300). There hours are November 26-30, 2018 from 10am -4pm and from December 3-21, 2018, from 8am – 6pm. Monday thru Friday only. Lets stack these donated toys to the ceiling. Once the warehouse closes for the season no other toys will be accepted.
If you’re interesting in help out, please become a volunteer for this organization this season. There are many open positions available. Certain restrictions may apply for those under 18 years of age. To be a volunteer please register at www.babydj.org/volunteer/ .

It might be too late. Many of these toy programs have early registration and have closed. The next thing to do is contact your local church for help. If you can afford a few items, buy what you can afford.
