2020 Orlando Book Festival at Orlando Public Library Preview

The Orlando Book Festival is a daylong celebration of books at the Orlando Public Library. Join us for panels, writing workshops, book signings, and more from bestselling authors from all over the country. Enjoy opening and closing keynotes from New York Times bestselling authors Dhonielle Clayton and Tim Dorsey. This event is being held on Saturday, March 14, 2020, from 10am to 4:30pm, at the Orlando Public Library (OPL. This event is free and open to the public. Tickets are not required. Rain or shine this event goes on.

The OPL is located in the heart of Downtown Orlando. Check your GPS for the best route there. Sorry, no free parking available. There is limited meter street parking in the area. However, the City of Orlando Library Garage is open across the street. OPL is located at 101 East Central Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 32801. It is advised to plan your day accordingly. Here is the set schedule for the 2019 Orlando Book Festival as follows:

10-10:50 a.m. Opening Keynote: Dhonielle Clayton
10 a.m. – 2p.m. Literary Organization Tables
11-11:50 a.m. Panel and Workshop, Session 1
12-12:50 p.m. Panel and Workshop, Session 2
1-1:50 p.m. Panel and Workshop, Session 3
2-2:50 p.m. Closing Keynote: Tim Dorsey
3-4:30 p.m. Book Signing, all authors

Note: some sessions maybe added and or changed without notice.

Here is a list of authors who will be in attendance at this festival. They are Jill Baguchinsky, Kelly Coon, Micah Dean Hicks, Stefani Deoul, Trish Dollar, Racquel Henry, James Holmes, Isabel Ibanez, Caitlin Lochner, Brenda Jackson, Amber Mitchell, R.M. Romero, David Pedreira, Rob Sanders, Jenny Torres Sanchez, Taylor Simonds, Mara Wells, and Michael Wiley.

Plus, there are other participating literary organizations at this festival. They are Florida Author is and Publishers Association, Writer’s Atelier, Adult Literacy League, Orlando Area Science Fiction Society, and Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators – Florida Region.
